This Axiom model brews into thermal carafes. The Axiom has dual voltage capability that allows you to brew either 4. 2 or 7. 5 gallons an hour for those busy, high traffic days. The Axiom is also outfitted with BrewWIZARD technology which simplifies brewer programming with an LCD display. You can set brew level, cold brew lock out and tank temperature all from the front of the machine. You can also access electronic diagnostics for troubleshooting. Coffee extraction with the Axiom is controlled by pre infusion, pulse brew and digital temperature control.
