Description
The SLS-1 will produce a bright and jangly tone. Ideal for Surf and Rockabilly. Neck position, 2-wire conductor, Alnico 5 magnets, 4.3 Kohm. Lipstick tube pickup for Strat guitars. Recommended for country, pop, surf, rockabilly, blues and classic rock. Like the ’50s originals, our lipsticks use Alnico 6 magnets and a special winding spec to bring out the jangle in your Strat. This pickup will produce a bright and jangly tone; plus the look is totally unique for a visually striking instrument. For warmer toned ash, alder or basswood body instruments including hollow and semi-hollow bodies. Works especially well with rosewood fingerboards.
