- Making Butter from Butter Powder: Mix 1/2 cup of powder with 2 tablespoons of cold water in a small bowl. Use a fork or a small whisk to stir until smooth and thick to make 1/4 cup of soft, spreadable butter. If the consistency is too thin, add more powder 1 teaspoon at a time.
- Storage: Store in a cool, dry place for maximum shelf life. We do not recommend refrigerating or freezing powdered butter.

- 2 Tbsp Hoosier Hill Farm Real Butter Powder
- ⅓ cup Hoosier Hill Farm Whole Milk Powder
- 3 Tbsp Hoosier Hill Farm Old-Fashioned Malted Milk Powder
- 2 Tbsp Hoosier Hill Farm Buttermilk Powder
- ½ cup all purpose flour
- ½ cup cake flour
- 4 tsp Sugar
- 1.5 tsp baking powder
- ¼ tsp baking soda
- ¾ tsp salt
- ¾ cup + 3 Tbsp Water
- 1 egg
Buttermilk Pancakes
Prep: 10 mins | Cook: 10 mins | Yield: 9 pancakes
Step one: Mix together all dry ingredients in a medium bowl.
Step two: Add egg and water to the dry ingredients, whisk until combined.
Step three: Heat up either a pan or griddle, use about ⅓ cup of pancake batter for each pancake.
Step four: Cook until golden brown on one side and flip.
Step five: Repeat with remaining pancake batter.
