Fresh Milled Gluten Free Flour
We mill our Chickpeas in small batches into our amazing Chickpea Flour. This flour is a great gluten free alternative to whole grain flour and adds its own special flavor as well.

Palouse Brand Chickpeas are grown in the rich soils of the Palouse on our 125 year old farm. Our chickpeas are triple cleaned in our own facility to ensure the highest quality.
