Use the payment methods actually displayed at checkout. Availability can depend on your location, currency and provider. The order total, taxes and delivery charges are displayed before payment.

Payment security

Enter payment details only through the checkout payment provider. Never send full card numbers, security codes, passwords or bank credentials by email. If no payment method is available, contact us before attempting payment.

Authorisations, failed payments and duplicate charges

Your payment provider may show a temporary authorisation while processing a payment. A pending authorisation is not always a completed charge. If payment fails or the result is unclear, check your order status and provider records before trying again. If you see a possible duplicate charge, contact us with the order number, date and amount; do not send full payment credentials.
