The thickness of stained glass is appr. 3mm, it is colored by adding metallic oxide powders or finely divided metals while in a molten state, so the color will never fade.

Each glass piece is cut by hand, polish the edge before wrapping the copper foil. Then putted together in a mould according to the pattern.

Manual Welding

At last, using soldering tin to weld each glass at a very high temperature. Only stained glass could afford this temperature.
