Description
- NICOTINE CESSATION GUM – Rugby Polacrilex 2mg Nicotine Gum contains 2 mg of nicotine polacrilex, a stop smoking aid that helps reduce withdrawal symptoms, including nicotine cravings associated with quitting smoking. It is intended for those who smoke their first cigarette more than thirty minutes after waking up.
- HOW TO USE – Chew gum until tingling starts, then park it between your cheek and gum. When the tingle is gone, begin chewing again until the tingle returns. Repeat this process until most of the tingle is gone (about 30 minutes). Do not use more than 24 pieces a day.
- GRADUAL REDUCTION PLAN – Follow a 12-week quitting schedule: chew one piece of gum every 1-2 hours for weeks 1-6, every 2-4 hours for weeks 7-9, and every 4-8 hours for weeks 10-12 for step-by-step nicotine reduction.
- SUGAR-FREE, UNCOATED MINT FLAVOR – Provides a pleasant taste, making your gum usage more enjoyable while avoiding added sugars, which supports your overall health goals during your quitting journey.
