Nearly all the long chain triglycerides are removed leaving the medium chain triglycerides or MCT oil. It is odorless and clear and leaves NO GREASY FEELINGS. This oil does not stain and easily washes out of clothing and sheets making it fantastic for massage. MCT oil does not become solid like regular coconut oil and has a very long shelf life
