Description
- PROFESSIONAL TRAINING PARTNER: This 6-foot grappling dummy is engineered for serious MMA, BJJ, Wrestling, and Judo practitioners. Its humanoid design with articulated arms allows for realistic practice of throws, takedowns, joint locks, and submission holds, bridging the gap between solo training and live sparring
- PREMIUM DURABILITY & CONSTRUCTION: Crafted from high-strength triple-ply synthetic leather, the cover resists tearing and abrasion. Critical stress points, especially around the arms and seams, feature reinforced double stitching for enhanced longevity, supporting repeated slams and intense training sessions
- CUSTOMIZABLE WEIGHT & FIRMNESS: Arrives unfilled to give you full control. You can customize the weight (up to 140 lbs) and density using recycled textiles, fabric scraps, or specialized foam. This flexibility allows you to create the ideal resistance and feel for your specific training needs, from technique drills to power development
- DESIGNED FOR REALISTIC PRACTICE: Once filled, the arms extend approximately 19 inches, providing a realistic limb target for practicing various grappling techniques. The dummy’s balanced structure enables 360-degree maneuverability, making it suitable for practicing strikes, defensive movements, and ground positioning from any angle
- PRACTICAL CONSIDERATIONS & USE TIPS: Please note that filling requires patience; we recommend using a long, blunt tool to compact the filler material evenly. The closure utilizes a sturdy lace system for a secure seal. For best results and to maintain shape, store the dummy upright when not in use
