Closed back dynamic design The ATH-M40X is a pair of closed-back headphones, built around large, 40mm drivers. These are mounted in circumaural (around the ear) ear-cups, which ensure great isolation from outside noise and reduce spillage from the headphones, should you be recording. This is equally well suited for practice, rehearsal, or even just listening to music. The large drivers are responsible for the headphones’ wide frequency range, which provides warm lows, and smooth, open high frequencies. Along with the padded, around the ear cups, the headband is cushioned and the whole unit is kept lightweight- perfect for long sessions of use. To connect to your chosen equipment, you have a choice of interchangeable cables (1.2M and 3M) both of which are fitted, with a mini-jack (3.5mm) plug with a ?inches jack adaptor (6.3mm) included. Also included is a pouch for safe and clean storage or transport.
