• FITS 9–26 KW GENERAC AIR-COOLED STANDBY GENERATORS MADE IN 2008 OR LATER: Compatible with Honeywell and Centurion models manufactured by Generac where engine specs match; not designed for portable generators
• THERMOSTAT ACTIVATES AT 40°F AND SHUTS OFF AT 55°F AUTOMATICALLY: Heater engages only when crankcase oil temperature drops into the cold-start danger zone, preventing thick oil from causing hard starts or engine wear
• SLIPS DIRECTLY OVER THE OIL FILTER — NO OIL DRAIN REQUIRED TO INSTALL: The orange silicone heating loop slides over the existing oil filter in minutes without removing or draining oil, reducing installation time significantly
• RUNS ON 240V UTILITY POWER AT JUST 50W AND 0.21A FROM THE N1/N2 CIRCUIT: Draws power directly from the utility line through the transfer switch control circuit — it does not draw from or drain the generator’s starter battery
• BUILT-IN THERMOSTAT RUNS AUTOMATICALLY YEAR-ROUND WITHOUT MANUAL UNPLUGGING: Heater self-regulates based on ambient temperature and only operates on utility power — it is inactive while the generator is running during an outage
• THIS KIT HEATS THE OIL FILTER ONLY — BATTERY WARMER (MODEL 7101) IS SOLD SEPARATELY: The 7102 protects crankcase oil viscosity; the 7101 protects the starter battery; both are recommended for climates that regularly drop below freezing
• 5W-30 FULL SYNTHETIC OIL IS REQUIRED WHEN THIS KIT IS INSTALLED — NOT A SUBSTITUTE FOR IT: Synthetic oil alone does not provide sufficient cold-start protection below freezing; the 7102 heater and 5W-30 synthetic oil work together as a system
