• Tips: 1. Let the machine preheat before it can operate normally. The preheating time is usually between 60 – 80s. 2. Run a hot water cycle (without coffee) once to accelerate the cooling speed of the system. 3. After cooling, the indicator light will stop flashing. At this point, you can start brewing.

   Coffee Beans Selection

   For optimal espresso, use freshly roasted Arabica beans within 0-20 days of roasting. It’s rich in lipids and sugar but low in caffeine. It’s the most widely used coffee beans.

   Pre-heating Cup & Portafilter

   Preheat your cup with hot water on the Cup Warming Tray for optimal coffee flavor. Also, warm the portafilter and filter basket to speed up and enhance extraction.

   Prepare for Extraction

   Consistent extraction temp isa key to pefect espresso. Purge the Group Head with hot water to preheat, then press the 1 SHOT/2 SHOT Button to flush the system.

   Milk Foam

   For ideal microfoam, use 100mL of milk in a 300-350mL stainless steel steaming pitcher. Before starting, always check and refill the water tank if needed.

• Why is the tank leaking?

  If the tank is leaking, make sure that the rubber plug at the bottom of the tank has been removed while reinstalling the tank.

• How does the machine heat up?

  After inserting the power plug, press ON/OFF button, the machine can be heated automatically. The indicator light will flash blue at this time.

• Is there a user guide?

  We will send you this manual to help you better maintain and use your machine. Please look for the user guide and troubleshooting guide on the manual page. This will be of great help to you.

• I pressed the “2 cups” button for a while but no water comes out, why?

  If no coffee or water comes out the first time, please follow the manual for the first use cycle. Also, this problem can be caused by improper placement of the water tank, please remove and reinstall the tank several times.

• Are there any tips for making milk froth?

  1. Use cold whole milk. 2. Do not insert the steam wand deep into the milk. For best frothing results, insert the steam wand into the milk and blow just to the surface. 3. Keep the steam wand at a 30-60° angle to the surface of the milk.
