BREAK THE CYCLE OF LEARNING ONE SONG AFTER THE OTHER
Guitarists with no fretboard awareness are limited in what they can do on the guitar. They might know a few scales but don’t understand how they work. They may know chords but would never understand chord chemistry. They may know to solo but they can never understand what note to play on top of what chord.
For most guitarists – it’s a cycle of going from one song to the other without truly understanding how music works! Fretboard awareness can help you break free from that cycle. From mindlessly playing songs you find on the internet to understanding what makes great music.
HERE’S YOUR GOLDEN TICKET TO UNLOCKING SCALES, CHORDS, SOLOING AND SONGWRITING
Start looking at scales as a series of notes that sound great together – not as random patterns on the neck. Start looking at chords as notes derived from a scale – not as shapes. This will enable you to understand music, twist, and turn it as you please.
And it all starts with fretboard awareness. A fully memorized fretboard is your golden ticket to deeper levels of music comprehension. It will help you understand the songs you play as well as write amazing songs of your own.
And we’ll help you memorize the fretboard in little to no time!
It’s not just a funny line; memorize the first letter of each word and you now know the names of all the open strings on the guitar.
The fretboard has numerous patterns hidden in plain sight. We simply took advantage of these natural patterns to form fun memory phrases and games. Making the entire process fun, engaging and fast. No blunt memorization involved!
In just 5 simple steps, we’ve taken thousands of guitarists from “not knowing what notes on the fretboard are” to “complete fretboard pro” with little to no effort.
