To use place the Lectro-Soft on a flat hard surface indoors or in a doghouse or kennel making sure it is protected from direct rain or snow. After opening the air valve plug it into a 110-120 volt AC outlet and allow 15-30 minutes for it to warm up and expand. The bed will feel slightly warm to the touch. To prevent the bed from ballooning when your pet is using it push down on the center of the bed to remove some air after it has expanded to the desired size then push in the air plug to seal it.
