Description
Pure Encapsulations L-Theanine offers support for relaxation, womens reproductive organs and the nervous system. If you’re stressed? you may find that a cup of hot tea can help you relax. Some teas? like green tea? are great at helping you calm down and even provide a few bonus health benefits. If you don’t have time to make tea or just don’t like the taste? you can still enjoy its benefits without actually drinking a cup. The amino acid L-Theanine is derived from tea leaves; in fact? it’s the ingredient in tea that makes it so relaxing. L-Theanine manages to do this without making you feel drowsy? so you don’t have to worry about it affecting your ability to drive or do other things you really need to focus on. A few studies have shown an increase in alpha brain wave activity when people have L-Theanine in their system; alpha waves mean that your brain is in a relaxed but aware state. L-Theanine also helps you stay healthy? and may even make it easier for you to cope with premenstrual syndrome (PMS). It can also calm your nervous system down if you’ve had a bit too much caffeine.
