What is the Pump’N’Slice?
It’s a high efficiency spring pump that makes slices, juliennes and dice cuts – thicknesses from 0.5mm to 8.0mm.

From Storage to Usage
Remove storage lid
Once the feet have been opened, you can remove the storage lid by pulling up on the locking button.
Install the feeder
Install the feeder by placing its bottom edge (straight and serrated side) first and then locking it into place by snapping in the top part.
Unlock the spring pump
Unlock the spring pump by pressing down on the handle while exerting a slight rotation. The pump will deploy and the blades will move upwards.
Place container under unit
Place the container under the appliance and insert the pusher inside the feeder. The Pump’n’Slice is now ready to use.
How to Get Julienne Cuts
Back settings
To activate the Julienne blades, lift the tab 1 or 2 90 degrees from its base. Rotate the tab a full turn and snap back onto its base.
One set of blades
If one tab is activated (#1) one row of Julienne blades is activated. Perfect for thicker cuts.
Two sets of blades
If both tabs are activated (#1 and #2) you will get two rows of blades. Perfect for thinner cuts.
