Pipe Lighters
Designed for the special needs of pipe smokers.
About Zippo Pipe Lighters
First released in 1982, the Zippo pipe lighter was designed for the special needs of pipe smokers. Any full size lighter may be ordered from the factory with a pipe lighter insert. Because the pipe insert fits in any standard Zippo case, you can choose the design as carefully as you choose your tobacco.
Characteristics of Zippo Pipe Lighters
(1) Unique chimney encases flame in metal (2) Insert fits any standard Zippo windproof lighter (except 1935 Replica and Slim) (3) Refillable (4) Windproof (5) Made in USA (6) Lifetime Guarantee.
Zippo Pipe Lighter Insert
The insert of the pipe lighter makes it unique and is a benefit to pipe smokers. The ingenious design encases the flame in metal, allowing it to be drawn directly into the pipe without bending over the side and damaging the bowl. The result: perfectly lit tobacco, with no damage to the pipe.
The World Famous Zippo Guarantee
The pipe lighters, like all Zippo pocket lighters, are backed by the famous Zippo Guarantee* – ‘It works or we fix it free.’
*Any Zippo pocket lighter, when returned to our factory, will be put in first class mechanical condition free of charge, for we have yet to charge a cent for the repair of a Zippo pocket lighter, regardless of age or condition. The finish, however, is not guaranteed.

About Zippo Manufacturing Company
One of the most recognized brands in the world, Zippo was founded in the fall of 1932 by George G. Blaisdell in Bradford, Pennsylvania, where it has manufactured over 550 million windproof lighters. With the exception of improvements to the flint wheel and modifications in case finishes, the product remains unchanged and is backed by the company’s famous lifetime guarantee – ‘It works, or we fix it free’.
Zippo’s diverse product line includes lighters and accessories, butane candle lighters, fragrance, and a robust line of heat and flame products for outdoor enthusiasts.
Zippo markets in nearly 200 countries and also owns the Ronson brand of lighters and fuel and W.R. Case and Sons Cutlery, both based in Bradford, Pennsylvania.
