4 Keep Warm Temperature Settings
-208°F: best for black and herbal teas, pour over coffee, instant noodles.
-195°F: best for oolong teas; up to 20% energy savings vs. 208°F.
-175°F: Best for green teas like sencha, genmaicha, matcha. Also white teas.
-160°F: Best for delicate, high quality green teas like gyokuro.
-Includes Optional Quick Temp Mode for 160°F, 175°F or 195°F keep warm.
